I don't think I understand. Do you mean using a satellite and viewing the satellite image on a laptop?

with a tracer and the right software i suppose you could, but i dunno where you're going to get that stuff lol.

I'm sure on government or other technologies we don't know of yet. I'm sure there are things out there that would just blow our minds that we haven't even thought of or just thought of as science fiction. In my opinion with how technology is advancing... I believe just about anything or maybe more is possible!
