she doesn't choose who her dad is. She just keeps them all and loves them all. Because they all dated her mom and she has no clue so she calls them all her dad.

It never reveals Sophie's dad. I think that's probably better for the story if you don't know, keeps you guessing. But my personal opinion is that her dad is Sam because she had a great artistic ability similar to his. Of course, she could just draw really well, but I didn't see any resemblence to Bill or Harry.

And even if Sam isb't her real dad, he's now her step-dad. But she ended up with three really great dads when she only expected one.
