In the movie "Candyman"?

How did they film people saying the word "Candyman" in the mirror without the cameras and cameramen's reflections being visible?

It's all about where the actor stands and the camera's location.  If you watch just about any movie with a character looking in a mirror, you'll notice they're not standing directly in front of it -- they're slightly off to the side.  It's an old, old filmmaking trick.  Of course nowadays they probably just CGI it.
