In the movie "Ode to Billy Joe" Billy Joe recites a poem "a time for us" might be its title. Anyone have it?

I've not seen the movie sorry but do you think it may have been song lyrics? If so two songs come to mind. First is from West side story but I think that is actually "a place for us" and is called Somewhere. There is also a Queen song used in Highlander that uses a similar phrase. Hope this helps.
