In the movie the notebook, was the nursing home that allie and noah were living in the house that noah built?

because those birds were there and its like the same shape as the other house and its white, and during that part where noah was reading the book to allie on that dock by the water it looked like the same dock that he put the boat up onto after him and allie went out to see those birds...plus theres that room overlooking the water, just like in the old house... so...
