In the movie titanic at the end where rose sees jack on the ship again, is she dreaming or did she die?

Or did she die in her sleep and went to see jack in Heaven....Also why was Jack trembling after he had s*x with rose? Was he cold or was it jus that good? lol

I have not seen that movie in a long time, so I'm not sure about her seeing him in the end. But i'd say the trembling is a combination of the excitement and the temperature. They were in the bottom of the ship with the cargo and I highly doubt it was temperature controlled so I'd say it was cold (this was why there was so much steam on the windows..they made it heated inside and it was cold outside of the car).

She died in her sleep and reunited with her beloved jack and everyone who died that night. The pictures show her full life, as she promised to jack, and there's nothing left for her than returning to the ship and the people she was supposed to die with.

To answer your questions in order:

Rose dies at the end of the movie.  If you'll recall at the beginning of the movie when she's coming aboard the ship exploring the wreck of the Titanic (in the present), one of the researchers complains that she won't go anywhere without all her pictures of her loved ones.

Bill Paxton, before the main part of the story begins, asks Rose "are you ready to go back to Titanic?"

After the Titanic sinks, when she and Jack are in the water, Jack tells Rose that she's going to die an old lady, surrounded by everyone who loves her, and shortly after that he dies.  When she realizes he's dead, she separates herself from him and he sinks down into the ocean and back toward the Titanic.

Once we see that scene in the movie, we return to the present, where Rose goes to the railing of the ship (she and Jack first met at the railing of a ship; that's where he did something to capture her heart in the first place).  She throws the heart of the ocean into the water, and we watch it sink into the depths like Jack did.  Then we see Rose lying still in her bed, surrounded by the pictures of everyone she loves.

The last scene was her character completing the cycle of the story and answering that first question.  She threw the gem overboard where Jack died to let us know that her heart never left there, and that yes, she was ready to go back to Titanic.  The final scene lets us know she was reunited with Jack on her ship of dreams.  Since Jack was long dead, we know she had to die to be reunited with him.

As for the s*x bit...

Go watch again.  It's not the cold.  First, watch when Jack asks "where to, miss" while sitting in the front seat of the car.  He's covered in a fine layer of perspiration at the time.  Were it cold, he wouldn't be.

Second, after the "hand slapping the glass" bit and Jack's laying there shaking, Rose seems genuinely worried as she asks him if he's okay, to which Jack laughs and says "I'll be fine".

If it was cold enough to be shivering, there wouldn't be any mystery as to why he was doing so, or sudden concern about it.  Plus, if it was the cold, chances are Rose herself would be shivering (which she wasn't), and Jack would have said something about being cold in his answer.  Instead, both of them were absolutely soaked with sweat.  

This is another of those "inference" scenes, except this time, you're supposed to infer that Rose has never seen a man... finish up before.

It certainly wouldn't be the first time a man collapsed like that after doing so, nor the first time a woman was taken aback by seeing it for the first time.

No it implied that she died and went to "heaven". He was trembling because it was cold. That's why the windows of the car had fogged up...because they were breathing and creating heat and it was cold in the storage room or wherever they were. I think it also might have been because he was nervous...but mainly cause of the cold.
