In the musical peter pan, does peter go last in curtain call?

only in professional theatre. I believe all amateur  calls should be company calls, the roles may enter in order of importance, but no one bow until they are all out therer.

Yes.  Leads always bow last (in reverse order of size of roles) - but before the company bow - so that the audience stays, and the applause builds and is sustained until the end.
