  1. If you have a good reason for not wanting a particular country they'll consider that I think.  They asked in the interview if there was anywhere I absolutely didn't want to go.  

    Um, and according to a poll of my training group, I'm pretty sure if you say you know any french, you'll almost automatically get sent to West Africa.  Even my friend who was fluent in Spanish and only knew a little French got sent there (not that thats a bad thing!).


  2. I think you do but I'm not sure. I bet if you called their main number and asked they would be glad to answer any questions you have. They might even have that one on the FAQ area on their web site.  

  3. You can request a region, not a country. You can decline invitations and hope for another one, too.

  4. They do try to accommodate you as best they can, within reason.

    You most likely be sent where you are needed the most, especially any particular talents you have.
