What I mean is are there any restrictions towards drinking or smoking ect

  1. I'm not aware of any department that puts restrictions on smoking and drinking off duty.

    Most the guys I work with drink. Very few smoke, but it is not restricted, other than having a designated smoking area.

    they don't want people with chronic health problems.
