  1. If you were homeschooled, it would have to have been a setting that was approved by the state you lived in at the time and completed a schedule similar to what you would have done to graduate from a normal high school.  This is probably one of the ways you can 'graduate' but not have a diploma and still recieve financial aid.


  2. it means you can't just decide to quit school and be "home schooled" without being under some sort of other state approved educational (homeschool) program.   Often times you have to buy books, pay dues, registration fees. Hope that was the question.
