In the rugby world, what is a captain's run?

they keep mentioning 'captain's run' in many rugby related articles. can someone please explain to me what is the 'captain's run'.

  2. I believe that is the final Trainig Session a Team has before a game.

    It usually happens on the eve of the Match day!

  3. its the training session run by the captain. The coach does not have any input in the captains run.

    The captain decides what needs to be done.

  4. when two teams are supposed to play, a rugby test match....

    before the game both the teams are allowed to play on the same pitch, train or practice on it for a certain period.....

    both the the teams do it seperately, according to the time allocated to them...

    the goal kickeres also have time to test their kicking....

    this is called the CAPTAINS RUN
