To whom it may concern.

Is it possible to put in my picture and appeal someone close to come back. This person is missing for last 10 years now and we want to trace him, however do not want to provide his information on the request.

Does Yahoo provide such service? If it does how do we go about it? If you could kindly let me know to the earliest, it will be of a great help.
