In the series of stargate atlantis does the wrath go and attack earth?

no, they haven't, and now that it's been cancelled doubt they ever will, i read that a new enemy comes into the show around ep 10/11 heard some rumours it could be the long lost furling( part of the ancient alliance of 4)

maybe that story will come about in the movie of Stargate Atlantis that's going to be made....fingers crossed

In season 4 some Wraith made it to earth.  But that was a failed attack.

As of yet they have not. The wraith don't have the hyperspace technology necessary to travel to our galaxy and the Atlantis team was able to stop them from using the stargate bridge to travel to Earth. Apparently something is stopping them from getting their hands on a ZPM to power a gate back to Earth/home galaxy.

The wraith have kind of fallen to the wayside as enemies go, the show has been focusing on wraith/human hybrids and human form replicators.
