At Baby and Beyond Prep School in Kenner, LA, they have 1 teacher to 8 infants. The state limit is 1 teacher to 5 infants. Also, They have 1 teacher to 14 two year-old children; The state limit is 1 teacher to 11 two year old children. Finally, They had 1 teacher to 17 three year old children; the state limit is 1 teacher to 15 three year-old children. Lastly, they combined the two year old and three year old children in one class. That's 1 teacher to 31 children!

Please help I want to report this center and hopefully get it shut down. It has been like this since February 2007

  1. DHS is probably your best bet as all states tend to go through DHS for health reasons.

  2. Report them to the Department of Social Services.

Of course, make sure that you're really certain that each of your allegations is true before doing so.

  3. This place should have the number listed in their parent handbook - do you have one?  Or call your local job and family services and ask for the number to report a daycare - you can do that anonymously,
