In the state of PA, is it legal to shoot a shotgun on my own property?

Also... is it legal to hunt animals that happen to be on my land.

In this situation, I would have an acre of land, and all nessecary permits.

  1. This would depend on county or city ordinances.  Look it up or call a local lawyer.


  2. Not if you live in the city.  

  3. It depends on whether you live within a city limit that has a ban on the discharge of firearms. Otherwise it's ok. However, if Obama has his way, you won't even be able to own said gun much less hunt with it.
