  1. Yes.  He is a minor, you are not.

  2. hes under 18 so yes! lol just dont get caught and ur allright. lucky guy heheh

  3. When my 17 yo step daughter was caught having s*x with her 19 year old boy friend, The Nashville police would not even file the paperwork because there was only 2 years difference in age and the act was consensual.

According to Tennessee Code Annotated Paragraph 39-13-506, Statutory rape stipulates an age difference of 4 years or more when the minor is between 15 and 18 years old.

  4. It is statutory rape in Tennesse to sexually penetrate a person at least age 13 but less than age 18 if the actor is at least four years older than the victim. Any actor under age 18 must be tried as a juvenile and cannot be transferred to adult court.

    So the answer is no.

Btw, most states are actually alot more lenient in terms of statutory rape then people commonly think. In fact most states don't consider it rape if the minor is 16 or older for that matter, and occassionally have different age restrictions for men and women.

    The more you know.
