You don'tget FREE tuition for having a car, are you confusing that with getting free parking on campus if you drive a Smart Car? There are universities here in FL that will waive parking fees if you drive a Smart Car, that's the only program I've heard of.

I can't believe that you think that any state gives students a free education because they have an automobile, so I'm guessing that CAR is some sort of acronym that we're all supposed to know.
