Question:

In the state of texas, can you study the driving book really well and then go take the test.?

It would really help me if you know for a fact because I dont really want to go to driving school because I will have to cut my work hours for about 3 weeks.

  1. u taklin bout behind the wheel test or permit test, iono bout Texas but for CA, i didnt study at all most of it is common sense, but i would advise u to spend bout 2-3 hrs max.


  2. I live in Texas and I did not open the driving book, and went in and passed with missing 2 questions.

    It is really just plain old common sense with the DPS written test, seriously!

    It is very easy! If you feel unconfortable, just skim over the book. And if you still feel you need a little more practice heres a website that will give you some practice questions:

  3. well how old are you? if you want to get a learners permit then i think it is required for you to either go to drivers ed or get your parents to order the home version of it....if your over 18 you can just study the book whenever and go
