when we say Modern Australian Cuisine in the style of Sydney, what kind of cuisine are we exactly referring to?

  1. Considering that Sydney is south of the border, I can only assume that "in the style of Sydney" is Australian with a Mexican influence.

  3. Asian/ Western fusion with a bit of bush-tucker influence thrown in. A casual, informal style of eating but still done with a bit of flair and good presentation

    "the style of Sydney" is nothing I've heard before. I'm often between Sydney, melbourne and brisbane and I find they have pretty much the same trends and menus. maybe we are a little more minimalistic in Sydney ( bigger plates, smaller portions).
