I am guessing you mean the ENTIRE world? It's too hard to pick! I have a couple of mom and pop places I LOVE! (Such as Red Rose and Italian Friendly's in Western Mass) but I also love chains such as Carrabbas and lesser known Ledo Pizza.

The Melting Pot. Mmmmm, fondue.  Especially dessert: I always get dark chocolate with Grand Marnier, to dip the strawberries, banana slices, cake bites, marmallows,  etc in.

Plus, it's a nice relaxing atmosphere, very intimate-- you generally only really see your own party, as each table has its own little nook -- and a slow-paced, tasty meal over several hours is great for conversation.

In the entire world, there is a private owned restaurant nearby that I enjoy the most.  It's by reservation only, even for lunch. And it's very hard to get a reservation on short notice.   It's a "white tablecloth" type of place and you need to be dressed up real good.  It's extremely classy and they treat you like Royalty.  

My favorite thing to order there is the Classic Club Sandwich.  They really know how to make them good.  It comes with extra crunchy potato chips and an extremely dill pickle.   It's very expensive, so I usually pickup the tab for my friends because they are poor working people.
