well well well you have been busy! lol they are looking at 6 months max probably with a suspended sentence, or even community service depending if they have any money, a fine also. The law in this country sucks, the prisons are over crowded and they cannot afford to keep the crims in jail! I know someone who stabbed someone in the leg and only got 6 months. And that wasn't their first offence either!

Depends if you are a pensioner or not.If you are then the colonies await,if not and you can prove that your mother didn't suckle you on her breast until you where at least 13 (years,not months) then the chance's are that it will be settled out of court and damages awarded out of the tax payers pocket so you can go and buy a large knife to use on your next victim so as to save hurting your fist

hmmm not really enough information here to given even an educated guess. Sentence depends on a lot of factors besides just the offence: what plea was given, the actual facts of offences, the previous convictions of the defendant, who the victims were, when and where it happened etc etc. Obviously a punch up at a pub is a lot different from a clash between gangs and so on. ABH and Common Assault can cover a lot of different circumstances.

Even a fully qualified lawyer will be very cautious about advising on likely sentence when they have the full facts, as a lot depends on how things come out in court, mitigation, and on the judge giving sentence.
