You probably could, our education is much more advanced than theirs. Try an american university site.

Also i think its a very bad idea, there has been 5 fatal campus killing sprees this year alone.

I think a great way to find that out is by first checking which universities in america would accept your A level exams in lieu to the america's own examination. You can do this by checking out the official site of Cambridge International  Examinations. Here's the link to help you out:

Just select the criteria you need and then they will give you a wide list of universities in america that would accept your A-level exams. You can check out their site to see what scores they require.
