in Scotland do they have "wine coolers". How old do you have to be to go to a bar and buy a drink 21?

Ok, I'm an American who's been to the UK plenty of times now.  I've never seen the US style wine coolers in the UK, but they do have lots of girly drinks as I call them.  Bacardi Breezers, WKD, VK Vodka Kick, and Smirnoff Ice are all decent drinks.  If you're visiting the UK I'd recommend trying a cider as we don't really get many ciders in the US.  Strongbow Cider is quite nice.

It's 18 to drink so have fun.  It's also nice that you don't get carded everywhere you go!

you have to be 18 to buy alcohol in Scotland,same as the rest of the uk

Not sure what you mean by wine coolers,but you can buy fruity alcohol drinks. some names that come to mind are; Bacardi Breezers,Smirnoff ice. these can be drunk straight from the bottle.
