ok..so it's possible to clone through DNA..how about downloading your

complete mental capacity, then uploading it into your new body?

i do not think it would be possible now or in the near future to download mental capacity and transfer it.  this would be problematic because they would have to go through the same exact environment that you had when you were a kid.  even then there could be errors because the even though you have the same DNA, the Fetal environments would be different.

Theoretically it could be possible in the distant future. Unfortunately there are 2 current problems. One, the size of the computer to download one's mental capacity would be unprecedentedd. Thousands of terabytes. Second, when aa human learns something it isn't stored on or in their DNA. Thus, it wouldn't be the DNA that would be downloaded, but all theelectricall chargesneuronss give off in reaction to a stimulus. This would literally take millions of terabytes. The only current technology that could possibly do this would be a quantum computer, but it's still in the development and testing stages.
