He can marry whoever he wants, as long as his family approve, which I hope is the normal way things are done.  Gone are the days when the royals had to marry a cousin (Granted, Queen Elizabeth did, but he was a distant cousin, and they married for love)

He won't be able to renounce his faith (protestant) because that would mean he would have to renounce the throne (it is handed down only to protestants) so catholic girls are out of the question, as are all other world religions, unless they are willing to change religion.  He won't be able to come out as g*y, because the british public wont accept him, and he wont be able to have children out of wedlock because the throne wouldn't go to them.  Divorcees are probably out of the question, considering the precedent set by that wallace woman!

In short there should be no problem with Prince William marrying a black girl, but he wont because they are not in his social circle.

My personal opinion is that William should marry who he likes, but if the person is black or white, that shouldn't matter.  The Queen shouldn't try to get him with a black girl just for the sake of political correctness, but if he found somebody special of a different race from himself, it should be accepted without question.
