I won't go that much into the story; I'm fairly certain we are all thinking the same thing about what happened.

But seriously, is "dealing in infant children" only a misdemeanor?

Maybe its that I don't understand the law, I haven't really dealt with this type of crime (or any really) in my own personal life. I have never had a major run-in with the police, nor ever needed a lawyer.

But I personally would think baby-selling should be serious enough to be considered a felony. Why isn't it?

  1. i totaly agree with you

baby selling, sounds like crime to me.

its completely against anyone with standered morals.

anyone who sells their baby should be charged with assistance in kidnapping.

im no lawyer, i have no crime and law experiance what so ever.

but anyone with a brian can tell baby selling is just flat out low and illgal...or it should be

if they dont want the baby they can put it up for adoption. baby selling is completly unethical.

  2. I agree... However, I am still stuck on the fact she pled guily in 1991 and served time for trying the same thing!

May God bless the baby and it's family!

  3. i agree.
