i am trying to make low fat gingersnaps but i don't have any applesauce.

  1. Applesauce is usually used to replace fats, so I really don't think it'll work out right.  Now, it might still taste fine, but it won't have the same consistency, and you may have to watch the baking time really closely.  Sorry!


  2. No.  Applesauce is usually used in place of oil of anykind.  Milk will not work.  It will make the batter too runny.  Sorry.

  3. This is a short one. If you have apples make your own, otherwise halt and run and get your applesauce or apples
