my great grandmother is supposed to be buried there?

Ttishomingo County has a historical society.  Maybe you could try to contact them.  

Also, could the church be Nottingham?

The US Gen Web site, above, has some on-line graves. You might go there and poke around. She might be there in a different cemetery.
