In too human can you use all the weapons that you see mounted on the wall?

I imagine you can use those.  I mean, you can't very well just take them off the shelf, but I've found blueprints for similar looking weapons.

You can't really "unlock" armor and weapons.  You have to obtain them by activating those obelisks containing a variety of items.

Sometimes you'll get blueprints, in which case you need to make them in your equipment menu.  This only costs money to make.  The best weapons and armor are obtained through crafting them using blueprints.
