In track i do 300 hurdles and sprints i want to improve in the off season what work outs i do to get faster?

i am determined to get the schools hurdle record i run a 41.9 the school record is 39.7

  1. Weight training for your legs 3 days/ week. I also recommend running short 2-3mins bursts at the treadmill at your max speed, 3 to 5 times.. Please repeat at least 3 times /week. This should be done only after prelim warm up.
