In usa if i want a telephone number of my choice, like number ending with 1515 or 8181, than what should i do?

All you can do is call the phone company and request it.  When i worked for t-mobile we could only try to get the requested number a total of 3 times and then we had to tell them it wasn't available.  Hopefully the phone company you want the number from will have one available and be willing to go the extra mile for you.

You can only have it if the number is available.  Ask the representative.  You'll probably have to pay extra for it.
