  1. You use you abs the most. You need strong abs to SLAM the ball.

    (When i say "Back" i mean full back including Lats and Treps)

    Serve (Overhand) : Back & Deltoids for control (proper rotation will also work you abs

    Jump Serve : Quads, Back, Deltoids for control

    Underhand Serve: Deltoids and Pecks

    Bump: Lats & little bit of Forearms for control

    Set: Triceps & Lats

    BackSet: Abs Triceps & Lats

    Spike: Back & Delts

    Dig: Chest and Bicep (Also back and legs if u dive)

    Hammer: Abs and Back

    Block: Quads, Gluts, and Abs

    For a better workout play at the beach, movement is hindered and the sun kills you.

  3. You will use your triceps more than biceps. You will use your abs he most out of all your muscles. Flexibility will also be key to playing.
