  1. In volleyball, you can keep the play in motion by playing the ball off of any part of your body, as long as it is not considered a lift, meaning that you CAN save the ball with your foot, as long as it's not a kick (otherwise known as a lift in volleyball).

Any of the six players on your team, or on the other team, may spike or hit the ball with thier fists, they may also serve the ball with a closed fist giving it power to float over the net if the can't serve with open fist.  Hitting with a fist is NOT illegal, but is not reccemended due to the fact that it does not give reliable results, such as hitting the antenna, or going out because it isn't a flat surface.

  2. 1. You can allow the ball to bounce off your foot, but you must not kick it. The same list rules apply to that as do your forearms and hands.

    2. You CAN spike with your fist. But It is not recommended.
