Yes it is too late!!!!  How close of a cousin is she?  Maybe some states would allow it if she isn't a real close cousin.  Why would you have s*x with your cousin, anyway?

ALL the above answers are pitifully wrong. In the US, the states are split about 50/50. New York, California, the Southwest, the Southeast, and several Northern states all allow it. It is not a big deal, actually. A couple of years ago the federal government announced the results of a lengthy study that showed that the concern about birth defects has no basis in reality for cousins.

You do not indicate what degree of cousin. You can marry a second cousin in all states, and a first cousin in some.

Yuck, why would you do this with your cousin anyway? Thats so illegal and disgusting and horrible, you should go to church and pray to be forgiven, and yes i don't believe in abortion, but bringing a child of the same blood into the world is disgusting and totally screwed up! It depends. I don't think it is legal to marry your first cousin in any state anymore. Yes abortion is too late after 20 weeks.
