In warhammer 40k the tabletop game where can i find cypher the fallen angel's rullings?

I was looking through the codex for the chaos space marines and i couldnt find cypher in there. Is he part of apocalypse game? I am still new at this game so im not sure about a lot of things.

  1. Cypher originally appeared in the 3rd Edition Chaos Space Marines codex which can still be found on eBay occasionally (and for a pittance, at that, as the rules are no longer extant).

    Currently, there are no 5th Edition rules for Cypher, but if you use either the Chaos Space Marines or Dark Angel rules then he should count as a Lord or Commander with a power sword and plasma pistol.

    If you do get to play an Apocalypse game, then you should be able to make up some cool rules for Cypher and a retinue of Fallen Angels as a data sheet without much trouble (blank data sheets can be downloaded from the GW website's Apocalypse 40k section).


  2. Cypher is not a Chaos Space Marine, he is actually part of the fallen angel in the Dark Angel fluff,

    I believe there is no official stats.  

    It's not official GW, but here you go... Just ask you opponent if you could use the stats in a friendly game.
