I am sorry you don't like my answer, but both traditional and advanced play don't allow 3 cyber dragons-Don't be a baby about it and deal with it...try using 2 cyber and use 3 Proto-Cyber Dragon, otherwise ask all the questions you like...if you can't work around the rules or are given answers that give a cure then play on the playground
