so do mine thats cause mabey your skin is sensitive and you might not be used to the water at first dont worry it is not a big deal it happens to a lot of people (Are they pink the whole time till you get out of the water) its nateral ask your mom too cause mabey it happens to her and she might know why

Every time I take a shower I make my shower like really hot and when I get out my legs and arms are like redish or pink, so it's normal.
