in any city. .all you have to do is work all day, go to sleep early,  and wake up at the crack of dawn.. hehe

Places on the equator have the same day length all year round - which is why it's called the equator.

The further away from the equator you get, the longer the summer days (and therefore short summer nights) and the shorter the winter days (and therefore long winter nights).

Approaching the north and south poles, in winter there is no daylight and in summer it is 24 hour daylight.
