  2. Turn into the side of the street so the car rolls that way backwards if it happens.

I agree with most of your answerers,turn the steering wheel in the car to the right so the front of the tires are pointing to the right and the back of the tires are pointing out to the street, which would be to the left.  If you parked a car uphill with the wheels pointing to the left, it would roll out into the street if it somehow started to roll backwards down the hill.  The last time I checked, a car doesn't usually roll up the hill when it is parked unattended.

  6. if you are in US you must turn your wheels to the left....and if you are in India the wheels must be truned to right.  I hope you can guess why
