In what dishes can I use kimchi in?

I've got a lot of Kimchi in my fridge and I wanted to know what I could use them for? I just usually use them for nigiri and snacking, but I thought I'd ask for some recipe ideas.

  1. I love "REAL" kimchi as a relish on burgers.

    When I say real, Im not talking any c**p you get from the grocery store.  I only like the 100% buried in the ground to ferment Korean kimchi

    2.  Kimchi stew--kimchi, water, and meat boiled into a soup.  Traditionally called "kimchi chigae"

  3. what do you mean snacking on kimchi? I can never eat kimchi just by itself. Well, you can make kimchi fried rice with spam, which is my favorite. And you can also make kimchi buchingae, which is a korean pancake. and most commonly you can make kimchi chigae, which is kimchi stew.

  4. I put it on hamburgers.  delicious!
