In what events did India win medals at the Olympics this year?

I didn't even think India were in the Olympics but I was looking at the medals table and they've definitely won a few. I was wondering what events they won them in?

  1. INDIA has won one gold & two bronze medals at the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympic Games. they finish in 50th place in the medals tally.

    Gold - Abhinav Bindra (Shooting - Men's 10m Air Rifle)

    Bronze - Vijender Kumar (Boxing - Men's Middle 75kg)

    Bronze - Sushil Kumar (Wrestling - Men's Freestyle 66 kg)
