In what games can you catch a celibi in pokemon?

I think you can only get it in Pokemon Silver, Gold and Crystal. Other than that, the only way is to trade or use AR.

I'm pretty sure there isn't one.  You could either try to trade or get an AR.  It was only available through the discontinued japanese Pokemon Silver and the Pokemon Colleseum Bonus disk.  You can't get it without trading.
