In what month in Ecuador is a rainy season when is the fruit season in ECUADOR?

Ecuador's raining season should be in the summer, from December thru Febuary. I lived in Guayaquil and on December millions of Crickets come down from the jungle attracted by the city lights.

Now in the tropics is very different than USA or Chile or Argentina, where you have a fruit season during the summer, there are fruits that are produced all year like Pineapple, Banana & Passion Fruit. But other more seasonable fruits like Strawberry would have different seasons in separate regions. For example it may grow in the summer near the coast and then during the winter in the highlands samething can happen to the Chirimole Annona (Chirimoya)

Ecuador hat only two seasons: rainy (Winter) and dry (Sommer).  So, when in the Coast is sommer, in the mountains (Sierra) is winter.  Because of its weather, Ecuador has all the year fruits.  There are fruits that growing up better in the Sierra (high) and others in the coast.  That is the difference!!!
