  1. It depends on what your goal(s) is/are.

If you are trying to gain muscle weight, I would recommend doing your cardio first then your weights. My protein shake would come after the workout plus a meal.

If you are toning or trying to lose weight, I would recommend doing weights first, then cardio. The shake could be taken either before (at least an hour ahead of time) or after the workout (without a meal).

Another option would be to do all cardio on one day, all your weights on one day, and both (either order) on the third day.

Mix it up. This will give you variety and keep things interesting. The shake is up to you. I don't like to exercise with a full stomach so I need to eat/drink shake at least 2 hours before or after my workout.

  2. cardio, weights, protein shake.

Cardio is a good warm up before your weights, and drinking protein shakes after workouts helps your muscles recover and gains mass.

  3. I would say cardio, weights, protein shake if you can. I noticed that since you didn't post cardio before weights in any scenario you're likely working on a fixed schedule here like going to a fitness club where a weight room is open before a cardio class or something like that.

Out of the options listed I would say weights, cardio, protein shake. I've always been told that your protein shake should come after your workout no matter what order you do if you do multiple workouts (like you're planning on here), I've also heard that you should drink it within 30 minutes of completing your workout for best results. But again cardio before weights if you could but weights before cardio isn't a devastating difference either.
