  1. I personally recommend flossing, brushing, then mouthwash. If you floss first, it gets out stuff between your teeth which can be removed when you brush. Then mouthwashing last can get rid of anything you missed.

  2. I floss, brush, and then wash... & that works for Me...

  3. Dentists suggest brushing teeth with a soft bristled brush. Gentle movements within the crevices dislodge decay-causing material, while firm strokes over the teeth remove plaque.

Flossing is recommended to clear plaque from between teeth.

After brushing and flossing, vigorously rinsing the mouth with mouthwash (listerine) it contains containing antimicrobials (substances that kill bacteria) can also help eliminate bacteria formation; but mouthwash alone cannot prevent plaque.

From the above, the order of cleaning our mouth should be brushing, flossing and mouthwash.

  4. You brush to remove larger particles and clean the easier-to-reach parts of your teeth.  Then you floss to get everything that the brush couldn't reach.  Then you rinse with mouthwash to make sure that any junk your flossing pulled out isn't sitting around in your mouth anymore.

    So, brush, floss, then mouthwash.

  5. We brush then floss then mouthwash

because that's what it says on the listerine bottle

  6. Brush & then floss.

I wouldnt recommend using Mouthwash becuase mouthwash doesnt even kill the bacteria or take away gingavitis, it just makes your mouth taste and smell good.
