  1. Ribosomes are responsible for putting together the peptide chains that form the primary structure of DNA. Depending on the final destination of the protein it may be formed in the cytoplasm of the cell or in the rough endoplasmic reticulum.


  2. I would say since ribosomes are assembled in the nucleus,  the primary structure of a protien is made in the nucleus of the cell..  I'm not 100% but I'm quite sure if its  eukaryotic cell thats you're refering to.
