    Done while drinking and driving.

    Done while putting on makeup, sleeping,talking on phone and searching for the hot french fry that fell between the legs and etc.

  12. In coutries recently colonized from England, like South Africa, Australia, Jamaica, New Zealand, some African countries, and Japan, I believe..

    By the way Sweden used to drive in the left side and changed in 1968, with no problems whatsoever.
