^lol his name is so similar to mine.

Reshef is found in The Lost Millennium as an ultra/ultimate rare and in Dark Revelation Volume 3 as an Ultra Rare.

The ritual is also found in those two packs as a common.

It's cheaper to get Reshef online, though, at Trollandtoad.com and strikezoneonline.com.
