The Arshavin spectacle has taken another pityful turn with tottenham now dropping their interest in signing him.

Robbie keane who is the same age and is probably the most proven and pedigreed striker in the premiership went for 20 million while Zenit St Petersburg seem to think a few good performances at international level makes arshavin worth 24 million.

International football is completly different to domestic football and even someone like David healy who plays and scores lots for nothern ireland doesnt mean he can be a destroyer in the premiership worth 25 million.

Whats your views on this? Do you think arshavin will end up being priced out of a move because his club are obviously rubbing interested clubs noses up the wrong way with a stupid valuation?

  1. You see that's the point... ANY player can score goals in EPL but not in other leagues an European competitions!!!

  2. In Planet Zenit, or maybe Planet Martin O'Neil lol.

I agree with you, his valuation is unrealistic and Zenit need to wake up or be prepared to keep him. It all may backfire on them if Arshavin gets all eager to leave and then doesn't, cos he'd probably go into sulk mode like some players tend to do when things don't work out.

  3. On what planet are you on?
