In what provinces are major agricultural areas of Canada located?

is it the Prairie Provinces because in my book it says

". . . Saskatchewan's economy is mostly agricultural. However the province has other industries as well. . . ."

in the "the Prairie Provinces" section.

  1. The Praries are known for their wheats, grains etc but major fruit growing areas include the Annapolis Valley in Nova Scotia, Niagara Peninsula in Ontario and the Okanagan area in B.C.

Yes, the prairies are probably the major agricultural area, as is Ontario with its vineyards and orchards.  Don't forget Prince Edward Island though, which is almost all farmland, mostly potatoes.  A great deal of corn and many other vegetables are grown in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.  Canada has a lot of farmland.

    There is agricultural land and livestockin almost every province-from fruit in BC to potatoes in PEI; PMU farms in MB and dairy in Ontario and Quebec.
